Dr. Dennison was kind, thorough and professional. His assistant, Tara Byers, was exceptional in her care for my disabled daughter. My daughter was afraid and Tara went above and beyond to set her at ease upon her arrival to the examination room. She was friendly, professional, and gentle while getting X-rays. She had a compassionate and open demeanor with my daughter and quickly won her trust. Tara certainly assured her that she would be well cared for at this practice. I cannot amply express how important it is for medical and dental practices to have caring staff such as Tara. It makes all the difference. Thank you both for your genuine compassion.

Today I met with Dr. James regarding a potential root canal for a cracked tooth. Dr. James ultimately recommended that I move forward with a tooth replacement because of the potential risk that my cracked tooth would not respond well long-term to a root canal. I wish all businesses operated with the same level of honesty and integrity of Dr. James. I was very pleased with his honest feedback and recommendation for a better long-term solution which was not necessarily in his best financial interest. We are lucky to have Dr. James here in Lakeway, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and patient-focused endodontist.
